RETURNS

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use the products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.

If you wish for a refund, you have 14 days from the day of your purchase (if applicable via that program and/or product. Refund information may be described on each program/product's exclusive sales page. Many programs and products sold by Adam King are NON REFUNDABLE). The two pay options (If applicable) are NON REFUNDABLE

You must email Adam directly at: mosaicadam@gmail.com and include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your e-mail. Include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can produce a refund.

Furthmore, in order to obtain a full refund under this policy, you must delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us.

To serve you and other customers better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund.

We want satisfied customers.

Refunds will be completed within 4-10 business days.

DISCOUNTS AND MEMBER PRIVILEGES

Once you are a Tessera member, you will receive discounts on several on almost any future creations such as, audio albums, ebooks, books, lectures and more. This is Adam's way of thanking you for becoming a Tessera Member.

CHATROOM AND COMMENT/POST TRANSCRIPTS

Each chatroom session and/or Post/Comment thread discussion may be recorded and/or transcribed into adobe pdf, Microsoft Word, or other electronic formats. These transcripts will be 100% owned by Adam King/Tessera Method and placed on the Tessera Method website for participant views. ALL names will be changed for privacy unless a pseudonym (screen name, etc) is used. These transcripts and/or ebooks or other electronic publications, may not be shared, copied, to anyone via electronic, or any other duplication methods. The public may have access to these transcripts/works whether to purchase, or download at the sole discretion of Adam King/Tessera Method. All transcripts and/or post comments and any other related content of this website, whether written or published by anyone other than Adam King or related parties, is the 100% intellectual property of Tessera Method.com and Adam King. Many of the transcripts and/or post comments may be used for future products in which 100% of the profits shall be retained by Tessera Method and Adam King. By making a comment or post on this site, this serves as acknowledgement that you've read, understood, and accepted the disclaimer.
